shadow at night

last night I woke up to sounds,bout 2 am,saw a shadow go into bathroom,at 1st. I thought I was dreamin, but we have had similar expierences before,I did the blessings and smudging,but I guess they are back,my neighbor to the north,is remodling his home,they moved in about 6 months ago.. the original owner blew his brains out woth a shotgun,lost his wife to cancer and couldnt go on without her. The shadow didnrt scare me,just wish theyd go away..
