Jan Harold Brunvand has written some awesome books about urban legends/folklore. I have Too Good to be True: The Colossal Book of Urban Legends. My bf and I will be watching a TV show or something that will mention a "friend of a friend" story and I'll say, "Totally not true! That's an urban legend!" Aggravates my bf to no end

I would have to say my favorite one to hear is about mary in the mirror...remember the movie that came out about that...geez I can't remember the name now!!! But the girls had said Mary I have your baby, three times and things mysteriously start happening to them!!

Makes ya wonder sometimes IF you did do that if it would TRULY be an urband legend!!! LOL I would be TO SCARED LOL to even try with the just in case you know!!!

THAT'S right that is what it was!!! It still scares me too to this day...lol!! Actually supernatural and ghost whispers have made a couple of episodes with that as well...they were pretty awesome epsoides!!
